Suying Hongming Huacihua Technology Co., Ltd. is a fourth-tier subsidiary of Sichuan Investment Group Co., Ltd. (commonly known as SICIG) and a full subsidiary of Chengdu Hongming Electronics Co., Ltd. (formerly the 715th Factory). Sichuan Investment Group Co., Ltd. (SICIG) is a state-owned asset management entity, a key financing and investment body for major provincial construction projects, and a state-owned holding company under the administration of the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Chengdu Hongming Electronics Co., Ltd. is one of the 156 key national projects from China’s First Five-Year Plan era, with nearly 60 years of history in R&D and production of electronic components. Since 1987, it has continuously earned the title of "Top 100 Electronic Component Enterprises in China."
