The Group specializes in the production and sale of discrete power semiconductors, entering the Chinese, Taiwan (China), and other Asian markets under its "PFC" brand. The Group's R&D team is based in Taiwan (China), focusing primarily on improving product performance, developing new products, and advancing technological innovation. The Group's discrete power semiconductors utilize proprietary component structures and manufacturing methods developed by its internal R&D team. As of the last feasible date, the Group holds 46 patents registered in the United States, Taiwan (China), and China for its discrete power semiconductor component structures and/or manufacturing methods. Most products are manufactured at the Group's Shunde production facility in Guangdong Province. During the discrete power semiconductor manufacturing process, the Group conducts packaging and testing processes at the Shunde production facility while outsourcing the wafer fabrication process to external wafer fabrication factories. The Group also outsources certain packaging processes for discrete power semiconductors to external packaging companies. As of the last feasible date, the Group employed a total of 94 staff at the Shunde production facility. Sales offices are operated by the Group in Taiwan (China) and Hong Kong, while its sales and logistics office is located in Shenzhen. The Taiwan (China) sales office oversees the Group's sales and marketing operations. Most of the Group's discrete power semiconductors are sold to distributors, who resell them to end-users primarily including power supply unit manufacturers. These power supply units are subsequently utilized in a wide range of electronic devices.
