ChaoZhi Semiconductor is a dedicated integrated circuit design company specializing in high-end high-voltage power semiconductor products (Super-Junction MOSFET, IGBT), including product design, testing, and sales. Established in early 2013 with a registered capital of 100 million RMB, the company was founded and funded by Hong Kong Allianz Group. It has assembled a team of seasoned power semiconductor experts from China, Japan, and South Korea, with a current workforce of 15 employees. Headquartered in Shanghai Zhangjiang High-Tech Park—a region famously dubbed "China's Silicon Valley"—the company outsources production and packaging/testing to reputable semiconductor partners such as TianShui Huatian Microelectronics and Nantong Fujitsu. Thus far, ChaoZhi has successfully developed Super-Junction MOSFETs matching Infineon's 6th-generation CoolMOS performance, offering a full range of products from 2A to 47A with voltage ratings spanning 500V, 600V, 650V, 700V, and 800V. The company's solutions have been reliably integrated into AC/DC applications including power supply adapters, LED drivers, communication power supplies, audio systems, welding power tools, EV chargers, EV charging stations, wind/solar inverters, UPS systems, and customized industrial power supplies.
