Nanjing Zhongkewei

Nanjing Zhongke Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was registered at the end of 2012 as a Fabless IC design company jointly established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Internet of Things Company, and an entrepreneurial team of returning overseas talents. The company's headquarters is located in XuZhuang Software Park, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, with an office in Beijing. The company's core management and technical team members graduated from prestigious institutions including Texas A&M University, UCSB, UCLA, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Southeast University, Xidian University, Lanzhou University, Chengdu University of Technology, Shandong University, and Nanjing Air Force Engineering College both domestically and internationally. The majority of key team members originated from leading semiconductor companies such as Marvell, Texas Instruments (TI), Analog Devices (ADI), Broadcom, and Linear Technology, as well as national key research institutes. With years of experience in developing and managing internationally leading integrated circuit designs, the team has successfully developed world-class products (mobile RF, Bluetooth, RFID, 60GHz) and completed multiple national key projects, with current product sales exceeding millions of units. The company is positioned to design radio frequency (RF) and analog key chips with independent intellectual property rights, breaking through technical monopolies and high-cost barriers imposed by foreign entities to achieve industrialization of these critical components. It is committed to developing high-performance integrated circuits and modules for the Internet of Things (IoT) sector while undertaking nationally strategic major R&D projects. In 2011, the predecessor of Nanjing Zhongke Microelectronics - Nanjing Internet of Things Research and Industrialization Co., Ltd. RFID Division - successfully secured funding for the "Research and Development of Ultra-High Frequency and Microwave RFID Reader RF Chips" project through the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's IoT Special Fund, ranking first in Jiangsu Province. The company collaborates with leading semiconductor foundries including SMIC International, Grace Semicon (Shanghai Huaxi), and Shanghai HuaLi for silicon wafer fabrication.
