(Xiner Semiconductor) was established in 2013 and is jointly invested by well-known institutions such as Shenzhen Zhengxuan Technology, Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Shenzhen Talent Innovation Fund, DCM Ventures, Fangguang Capital, and Xiamen Falcon. The company is committed to the research, development, application, and sales of IGBT chips, IGBT driver chips, and high-power intelligent power modules. Xiner has a team with extensive experience and pragmatic style, with most members having more than a decade of industry experience. It was the first in China to successfully mass-produce IGBT products based on the FST process. Xiner has research and development centers in Shanghai and Shenzhen and established sales offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Qingdao, Shunde, and Hangzhou to quickly respond to customer needs. The products are widely used in industrial inverters, servo drives, variable-frequency home appliances, induction cookers, industrial power supplies, welding inverters, and other fields. For medium and high-power products, Xiner can also provide systematic solutions: intelligent IGBT power modules such as 650V/450A and 1200V/450A, C1 modules, and C2 modules, all of which have been consistently recognized by end customers.
