Tor Microelectronics is a company founded in 2007 by Dr. Fang Jianping, a postgraduate from Dialog Semiconductor, with the initiative of Academician Hao Yue from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company has two brands: TMI (Xi'an Tor Microelectronics) and SUNTO (Hangzhou Shangtu Semiconductor). The headquarters and main research and development are located in Xi'an, with sales branches in Shenzhen. Main products include power management ICs, customized analog-digital mixed ICs, and motor driver ICs. The power management ICs are cultivated in fields such as set-top boxes, network communication, TVs, security, speaker industry, smart homes, and other customers. Customized ICs are mainly used in fields such as e-cigarettes and security. The total monthly shipment volume is about 300KK. TMI's main power management products include: 1.降压DCDC: 5V series with 1A/1.2A/1.5A/2A/3A/4A/5A; 18V multi-channel DCDC PMU with OVP protection, 2A/3A/4A/5A, SOP8/SOT23-6/SOT563 packaging types, 600KHz/1MHz frequency; 30V series 2A/3A/4A; 40V series 5A controller. 2.Load Switch: adjustable current limiting, fixed current limiting, RDSON 60mOhm. 3.升压: LNB power supply, good stability, high market share, low ripple output; other boost ICs. 5.Drive IC: backlight drive IC, motor drive. 6.Others: LDO, car charger DCDC, reset IC (809 series), lithium battery fast charging IC, USB detection fast charging protocol IC, etc. TMI's production process and supply chain: Process: TMI process, 8-inch wafer, 0.13 micron process.
