Rene Energy Semiconductor is a global joint venture co-founded by NXP Semiconductors and JAC Capital Management Co., Ltd., a Chinese state-owned private equity investment company, with the aim of bridging the gap between the East and the West. As a small yet agile company, we focus on improving and developing a comprehensive product portfolio of bipolar power solutions that are supported by top global clients and are industry leaders. Although Rene Energy is relatively new to the market, we are well-versed in the market rules. As part of a semiconductor company valued in the billions, our years of accumulated experience is our strength, while we also maintain the focus and flexibility of a startup. As the first supplier to focus on bipolar products, we aim to expand our product range and bring the benefits of bipolar technology to new and existing markets. The three 'I's of Rene Energy – Imagine, Innovate, and Invest – are our guidelines for further research and development.
