Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE: WOLF), a global leader in Silicon Carbide technology and manufacturing, was established. The predecessor of the company was CREE, Inc. (NASDAQ: CREE), which was formally established under its new name with the support of a comprehensive, multi-channel, and integrated marketing campaign. Over the past six years, Wolfspeed has been the brand for the company's Silicon Carbide materials and semiconductor equipment business division.
