Hongyuan Precision was founded in 2005 and is currently a leading supplier of mid to high-end touch switches and leaf springs in China. In 2017, it was awarded the title of National High-Tech Enterprise (Certificate No. GR2017442). After three years of preparation, Hongyuan filled the domestic gap in leaf spring production. By the end of 2008, Hongyuan had successfully replaced Japanese and South Korean companies to become a mid to high-end leaf spring supplier for touch switches, capturing over 90% of the market share. Under the leadership of Hongyuan Precision, hundreds of touch switch companies have moved from simply assembling imported components to the full domestication of the supply chain, reducing costs for Chinese enterprises by over 1 billion yuan. Subsequently, the company has continued to transform and upgrade, achieving self-sufficiency in the processing of all product line components and full process automation, and establishing a series of rigorous process flows. Currently, Hongyuan Precision has the capability to produce 80 million touch switches, 30 million silent silicone switches, and 300 million leaf springs per month. Taking the 2x4 touch switch as an example, the daily production capacity is 1,500K, and the production capacity and product lines of touch switches are continuously expanding.
