RECTRON Corporation was founded in January 1975 by a group of experienced semiconductor engineers in Taipei, China. With local financing, RECTRON quickly became a recognized supplier of high-quality discrete semiconductors. In 1981, the company expanded its revenue and, by early 1994, established a China factory to enhance its competitive advantage and increase discrete semiconductor manufacturing capacity. All RECTRON factories are wholly-owned and customized, featuring vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly processes. Our China factory has obtained TS16949 quality certification, along with ISO 14000 environmental and OHSAS 18000 health and safety certifications. RECTRON has achieved unparalleled quality and production efficiency through semiconductor production IPQC, SPC, and TQM methodologies. The company went public with an Initial Public Offering of common stock in January 1985 and established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Los Angeles, USA; London, UK; and Hong Kong.
