Its founder, a Chinese-American professor of high-level research physics at Arkansas State University, established a joint laboratory at Arkansas State University. The company specializes in producing industrial and automotive-grade power semiconductor chips and packaging. Its product portfolio includes IGBTs, field-effect transistors (FETs), COOLMOS, fast-recovery diodes, SiC MOSFETs, SiC Schottky diodes, GaN (Gallium Nitride) FETs, thyristors, and others. These products are primarily applied in new energy vehicle powertrains, photovoltaic grid inverters, power UPS systems, DC fast-charging stations, high-frequency switch power supplies, AC/DC screens, and plasma cutting welding machines. Tock马斯 products are mainly focused on the North American and European markets, with annual sales exceeding $600 million. To further expand its market share, the company entered the Chinese new energy high-end market in early 2014. Notably, its SiC Schottky diodes demonstrate significant advantages.
